Join me and learn how to make authentic local home-cooked dishes in my lovely kitchen and be introduced to Vietnamese dining customs and etiquette!

Spring roll making class (Tuesday - Sunday)

Spring rolls are one of the most famous dishes in Vietnam. In this class, participants will learn how to make 2 types of traditional Vietnamese spring rolls: fresh and fried. Everyone is encouraged to be creative with different healthy ingredients and practice food preparation skills.

  • Learner: Adult, Children from 8 years old and above

  • Language: English, Vietnamese

  • Learning time: 3 hours

  • Including: Tea and fresh tropical fruits as dessert

  • Class schedule: 9.30 am - 1 pm or 4 pm - 7.30 pm

Home cooking class (Tuesday - Sunday)

In this special class, participants not only learn how to make authentic local home-cooked dishes from our lovely kitchen but will also be introduced to Vietnamese dining etiquette and customs.

  • Learner: Adult, Children from 12 years old and above

  • Language: English, Vietnamese

  • Learning time: 3.5 hours

  • Including: Tea and fresh tropical fruits as dessert

  • Class schedule: 9.30 am - 1 pm or 4 pm - 7.30 pm

  • Menu

    A home-cooked Vietnamese meal usually includes one or two main dishes such as stewed/steamed/fried pork, chicken or fish; one dish of boiled or stir-fried vegetable and one bowl of broth. Steamed rice is considered inevitable in most meals. Our menu is seasonal so feel free to ask about our upcoming menu and personalize our choice with us.
